Is this a good camera? (nikon coolpix S3100)?

nikon coolpix S3100 is mediocore camera all for it's price . nearby are so much better camera in the same fee point ,
i advise you to look at sonly dsc w530 , canon ixus 105 , canon powershot sx130 .
if you condition compact one go for sony , you need larger rising go for powershot sx130

regarding blurry and grainy . well smaller the size of picture sharper and smoother it looks , that's why when you loot that picture element LCD it looks lot sharper but not on display , actually all tiny
